Jason Aldean is making a wish come true for a seven-year-old with incurable brain cancer. Jason, who found out about Tyson Zimmer of Lincoln, Nebraska, through a social media campaign, put together this video greeting and Tweeted it to Tyson with the message, "Heard you're going through a little bit of a rough time ... Just wanted you to know I was thinking about you, man."  He also arranged for Tyson to meet him during a concert stop in Illinois in May.
