Last night on "Betty White's 2nd Annual 90th Birthday Special" Blake Shelton made an appearance and serenaded Betty with a special version of "Honey Bee"

Side note- how genius is it that it's called "The 2nd Annual 90th Birthday Special" instead of just her "92nd Birthday" From here on out my birthdays will just be annual celebrations of my 20th :)
