So glad this story had a happy ending! Last night in Nashville Dierks Bentley's dog Jake went missing during a winter storm.  

You probably recognize Jake...he's been in several of Dierks' videos...and was even his date to the CMT Awards.

Dierks tweeted, ""Jake has been missing for five hours now. Jumped a fence during the thunderstorms. Praying someone found him. A cold, wet, white dog, red collar."   He went out with friends, family...even the head of his record label to search for Jake and a few hours later posted, "Oh my gosh. My wife just told me someone found Jake on Facebook and is bringing him home. One of the happiest days of my life. Grown men don’t cry...yeah, right. Thank you to everyone on Facebook and Twitter than spread the word."

Here's Dierks and Jake reunited with the woman who found him. 

Dierks tweeted, “And here he is! Thank you Anna Belle! She swooped in and picked Jake up after he was almost hit by another car.”   Yeah!

 

Jake was back at work with his "Dad" today helping him get ready for his tour with Miranda Lambert.
